If i download 47SP From immi.gov.au, it is adivisable to staple it
together or is it is best to leave unloose? Does the statement below
only refer to documents or include downloaded application.?

PLEASE DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS RELATING TO YOUR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
OR TAXATION FORMS. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE OR CLIP DOCUMENTS,
PLACE THEM IN PLASTIC SLEEVES/BINDERS OR SEND BULKY PHOTO ALBUMS. IT
WILL SPEED THE PROCESSING OF AN APPLICATION IF DOCUMENTS ARE LEFT LOOSE.

Leave it all loose. If including photos, copy a few to a page and send
that. Put a page on top stating what is enclosed.

I think the quote "PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE OR CLIP DOCUMENTS, " covers it!
- reason being that DIMIA scan the documents into their computers, and
don't want to have to stop and remove staples. :)
