UK/Aus TV's and other electrical stuff

Another that's been done to death, but....
Will my new TV work in Aus?
No one knows in UK.

Yes, but you need to get the sound retuned when you get out there.
I've heard it should be about $100 a set. Pictures are broadcast on
the same frequency as UK, but sound is on a different frequency, hence
the retune.
