Hi!

I was wondering something about the conditions for the visa to be
accepted...

Can I say that if I pass the english test, medical, police check and
finally the skills assessment test that I will automatically be granted
a permanent residence visa? Or it depends of the mood of the officer
who is treating my request?

Thanks!

Jeff

It is written in Australian law that if you meet all the requirements,
they have to give you the visa. They regulate the numbers of migrants by
changing the requirements.

Can I ask if being classed as category A on your medicals means you've
automatically cleared the medical requirement?  We have medicals next
week and are really excited, so it would be great to know!

Thanks

Sarah

Just a word of warning, you should get your skills assessed first of
all. This will let you know if you stand a chance or not.

If you do it the way you have written it then time will be against you!
