We are applying for a STNI visa, I am the main applicant and have had my
skills assessed ect, what I need to know is whilst my degree proves my
english is up to scratch do we also have to include some sort of
documentation to prove hubbies English speaking ability????? he is not
having his skills asessed or anything?????

Hi
As you are both going on your application you dont have to apply for any
points for him. My hubby and children went on my skilled application
and we now have vis. You dont have to calculate any points for him.

Nope - a copy of his birth certificate will do. But if you wanted to be
on the sagfe side you could always get a signed letter from his
secondary school saying his education was taught in English.

Hi,
We are applying for 136 skilled independant visa MODL. I am the main
applicant and my husband had to send proof of his english speaking
ability, by way of school certificate.

Hi we are STNI partner main applicant I didnt have to submit anything re
level of english.
