Advise please!!!

I lodge my application July 5,2005, and I was unaware that form 47sk was
ammended last july 1, 2005. Needless to say, I used the old 47sk form
before Juily 01... !!!!! THis is disastrious!!!!

What should I do?... :(
Should I prepare a new completed 47sk form and submit it to DIMIA...?

Would this issue would affect my *application date*?... I got time
imperatives on my recent work experience....
Hope not...

Please advise...

We nearly did this! Oh no........ did you DIY or go via agent? I am
guessing DIY........ firstly, don't panic...... have you had your
acknowledgement back yet? If so this will have your ref/case number on
it. You could try to email them at adelaide.skilled.centre@immi.go.uk
for advice.

Yes, I did it myself... I was also unaware of the presentation
checklist. I read your email about it. If I can only grab my application
back..... :(

My application has been ACK (29/07) with reference number.
I'm comparing the two old and new 47sk, hoping no new
requirments!!!!... :)

I'm learning the difference... I will ask for advise from DIMIA if I'm
finish sorting things out.

If your application has been acknowledged, the fee accepted, and you
have a file number, it's generally a valid application.

If there's any information on the 'new' form that's required and not
supplied already, DIMIA will ask directly for it.
