I think to be on the safe side, we will fill in "no changes" and sign
one copy, and also sign another copy but leave the agent to fill it in,
then that way she will have what she needs.

Hi Anne,
We filled it with "No changes" and both me & hubby signed it. Our
agent told us to send it directly to DIMIA as it would speed it up - but
then we have no gripes at all with our agent - they were great.
Really hope you hear something soon.
