Hi friends,
I hold an IELTS certificate (5,6,6,7) : ACADEMIC Module. May I use this
to get 15 points to meet the language requirement part of independet
skilled class?

You could find in Booklet 6 (page 27), that mark 5 for all four parts is
enough for 15p.

Is academic module effective to meet the requirement? or general module
is a must?

Hi

General is enough, I am not sure if academic mark they valuate more
then mark in general, but if 15p is enough for you, then go ahead. If
it's not you could easy pass general with 6 regarding to your marks
in academic.
