dear friends,
i am about to come to au but there is a continuing debate on bird flu
these days. 2 days ago, i was watching bbc and there was a news that, au
considers to close borders to all world in case of extreme conditions
(e.g. a pandemicbirdflu case)..
what i really worry is that; if such a thing happens, will i lose my
right to be a pr in au, in case i can't enter au before the due date of
my entry..
things are very fast these days.. i and my wife already quitted our jobs
to go to au!

I wouldn't have thought that something beyond your control and
instigated by the Australian government would take away your
right to PR.
Stop panicking, all this ranting about bird flu is quite extraordinary,
if you get it PR will be low on your list of priorities :-)

Now my g/f is hoping the borders are closed so she won't have to go back
to Wales in march!
