We did 3 months - January - March, gym 3 times a week (just gentle
excercise) - no booze, and what really worked for us was cutting out
salt or salty foods from Diet and NO caffine, drink de caff. I had a
bit of a health scare with stress at work in Feb, my BP had gone upto
170/95 - but on the meds day it had dropped to ; 136/88.
Its also worth spending a tenner and buying one of those self monitoring
ones from Boots, it gives you some indication that your BP is on its way
down
