We have booked our meds for 7th December and today our daughter of 3
years of age has been prescribed antibiotics for a possible urine
infection.

My question is will she as a 3 year old have to do a urine sample and
will the antibiotics affect this? and will we have to rebook the meds?

If anyone could let me know their opinion I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Fta

Hi,

It's only 5 and over who have to do a urine sample.

Good luck with meds we have ours to do soon.

Thanks MarkieB For that. I hope your right because we had to get her to
do a urine sample this evening for our local GP and all she did when we
told her to wee in the pot was laugh. If we have to do one at the meds
next week it could be the longest recorded medical in history.

Thanks Again

Fta.

Hmmmm

Doesn't say anything about that here

This is the website of the Nottingham panel doctors.

If she does have to have one I took a jug and did it first to make
it look both fun  and to encourage mine to do it - but my
youngest is 6.....

Hi Fta,

Just had our medicals. No Urine test for my daughter (3.5 years) and son
(4 years 10 months). Just Height/Weight/Eye test and normal check up.
So dont worry.

All the best for you medicals.
