Do we have to pay international student fee for our daughter (holder of subclass 461)? She is currently at grade two (primary school). Additionally she may later on be restricted from enrolling in some of the better NSW schools, and 461 holders may be liable to overseas fees at tertiary level. There is a risk her New Zealand citizenship may be refused because she is no longer in the country. Why on earth did you remove her from NZ without her citizenship granted? Jeremy, Thanks again for your insights. I will only apply the 461 for her if her citizenship appl is being refused. It could be the case since one of her parent is living overseas. I have checked the links, the ACT rules are not very clear regarding the 461. From your experience, is 461 not paying international fee in ACT schools? ddk > Jeremy, > Thanks again for your insights.
