In page 27 of the overseas qualification assessment kit (ENGINEERING
AUSTRAILIA) the note is saying :

Note: Do not include this chart with your submission. It is for your
personal use only.

My question is how to provide the competency report then?

can you please give an example ?

should I write PE 1.1 and list things under this term?
