HI,

I am a June 2006 applicant for 136 Non MODL. I got request for
medicals for me and my wife in January 2007 and submitted the same in
Feb 2007. I got request from DIAC in March 2007 for additional chest
Xray for my wife saying that they did no recieved the report alongwith
the film. I again did the Xray and they recieved the report in April
2007, now again I have got request from DIAC for Xray of my wife
saying that they need the Xray fill for which they have received the
report.
I called up the panel doctor and they told me that they have sent the
film and report both the times. I am in a fix what to do. My agent
says to go ahead and get another Xray done but what if they request it
again. Please advice.

number for them. Is your CO able to give you a number so that you
can ring them and find out what they have done with this stuff?

They managed to mislay the entire medical file on a friend of mine
last year. Investigation revealed that one of the brainier LCU staff
had sent the file to storage instead of to the Medical Officer of the
Commonwealth who needed to see it because my friend has a kidney
problem. The CO was saying that the LCU were denying all knowledge
of Rob's meds. His Agent was saying, "The MOC must be considering the
file." HSA and HAS both said Rob's meds had not been sent to them and
the doctors don't sit on peoples' medical files for six months.

It did get sorted in the end but he had to put a bomb under the LCU in
order too get it sorted out.

Sorry I can't offer jollier news.
