Hi,

I am living in Australia with 457 Visa since March'07. I would like to
apply for PR with in two months. I would like to know is there any
constraint to apply for PR. Also, I can have 120 points to apply for
PR.

If you qualify for a skilled visa (for example a 136 visa), you can
apply for it while you're on a 457.
