The new 2 years full time study rule (1 Sep 2007 onwards) make m
confusing.
I'm doing 2 years master of IT at Latrobe. I applied for advance
standing for 3 subjects. Therefore, the first semester I studied
subject and just do 3 subjects  in the rest semesters. To sum up,
will complete my master within 3 subjects. Do I complete 2 years ful
time study rule?

Thanks a lot

Hi Keano,

Sadly, I don't think it's confusing.  If you've got credit towards a
course which is normally two years long then you haven't completed two
years academic study in Australia.   Look at what it says on the
CRICOS database about the length of your course and subtract the
subjects you've got credit for.

Cheers,

George Lombard
