Folks, Lawyers, officers,
I am not able to figure out if I am qualified for the subclass 475,
please help me to clear the confusion
The website says : "This visa also requires that either:
This visa requires you to be either:
· nominated by a participating State or Territory government agency
or
· sponsored by an eligible relative living in a designated area of
Australia."
What does nomination mean here? How can I know that someone will
nominate me?
Suppose that I currently have the following :
IELTS (6 in each banc) = 15 Points
Age (30 years) = 25 Points
Skills (Computer) = 60 points
Experience (4 years) = 10 points
Total = 110
Subclass 475 needs only 100, so what the nomination means here? Is it
something special?
I have no problem to stay in some certain states, but please shed the
light for me on that issue, I am so much confused and I want to start
the process.

Dear CZ,
It's relatively unlikely that an IT person will be sponsored by a
state, so that just leaves you with the possibility of being sponsored
by a relative. All of this is explained in Booklet 6 and on the
various state and territory websites. From Tuesday the South
Australian eligibility lists will be up on their website, all the
others are well established.
Cheers,

Dear George,
Thanks really for how much you care in this group. I have understood
what you mean, but in this case, which subclass fit my case?
I do not guarantee that I will be able to achieve 7 in each band of
IELTS, I am sure that at the end, I will be come up with 110 points
only!
Am I in situation here? Or maybe it is easy if you show me the way.
I thank you again.
