Hi everyone - I'm a bit confused, TRA website says priority application
take 10 working days and non-priority 20 working days, but we sent m
husband's application for trade recognition off on 13th September an
we haven't even had an acknowledgement.
Is this 10 working days business just a random target plucked from th
ether, and they actually have about 12 months of a backlog?! Say i
ain't so . . . !
Would be grateful for any guidance,
Christin

Hi Christina,
Given the enormous problems that TRA has had since dropping Pathway D
on 4 September I guess you could give them a bit of leeway but I would
have expected to have received the acknowledgement by now - depends
where you are and what form of mail has been used, I guess. Call
them.
