first of all  hi all,
I have a couple of question to ask..
I got my skilled independent visa granted this april and i'm currently
in australia,
By the time i was doing my visa,i did not included my girlfriend
because we had just met.
Now we are thinking to leave together, and that means that i have to go
back in UK because she is not allowed to get WH visa(she is spanish)
If we spend 12 months 2gether in UK,will she be entitled to get de
facto visa?
What about my visa?
many thanks for any replies

Hi P,

There are a lot of questions which need answering but the bottom line
is that the relationship, if a full on marriage like relationship,
needs to be of 12 months standing.  You don't need 12 months together
as such.  She might also have student visa options which would bring
her here rather than forcing you to go back and forth.  Talk to an
agent...

Cheers,

George Lombard

hi george,
thanks for replied.
I have check on the immigration web and is stated that maybe by 1st
december spain will have an agreement for WH visa.Is that true?do u
have any better information about it?I don't think she will get a visa
student because she just finished her degree in london and she is
looking for a job,so i may think to spend 6 months in uk and then if
she get a WH visa,i ll spend another 12 months in australia...is this
will be enough for de facto?
many thanks
Piero
