PR Granted! but 2nd payment not finalized?

Hi,

I applied on the 3rd of March 07, and just got my PR granted recently.
I'm on a sponsored visa(881). I've paid my first installment, but the
haven't ask me for my second installment yet. Anyone on the same boat
