If with an agent - then they are the authorised point o contact and you wont be able to get an info directly. Second time i called up the lady do tried t contact me to the CO but she was not avaliable and she said she wil leave a note with her. the thrid time person refused that i couldn' speak to the CO as i m not permitted to do so -- australianvis Posted via the forums at http://www.gettingdownunder.co If you have an agent, you will not be the authorised point of contact.
