Hi,
I would like to confirm that although you cannot be in Australia whe
the Skilled Migrant subclass 175 visa is granted, you do not have to b
in your home country either?  I am Canadian, however I am contemplatin
spending time in New Zealand on a Working Holiday visa.  Is it possibl
for me apply for the Australian Skilled Migrant 175 visa in Canada, the
go to New Zealand until the visa is granted, and have the documentatio
sent there?
