I'll advise you from my experience not to rely on an agent at all.
applied for a class 136 BN Offshore Visa on 13th March 07 and I got m
grant letter on 4th September 2008. I did all the process myself. Wha
I'll suggest you is to write an email to DIAC and advise them that yo
do not want the agent to act on behalf of your case, and that from no
on you are the direct contact between ASPC and yourself regarding you
case. Once you have done this, then you can periodically communicat
with ASPC regarding your case.

Just one more thing, since I didn't use an agent, I am not too sure a
to the process of letting DIAC know that you no longer want the agen
to communicate on your behalf! Check the DIAC website or call them an
let them know. I hope this helps

Hi there,

Would you know the Migration AGents Resgistration Number? If yo
beleive you are been cheated or dealt with inappropriately perhaps yo
can submit a formal complaint regarding this migration agent & BT
which migration agent did you use?

I hope I can be of some more help but thats the best I can do for now?

Regard
