Apparantly there's nothing we can do apart from waiting ... But, just to say, the communication and the processing sections of DIA are totaly seperate. Operators being busy answering the phone does no really delay the processing by any means. Grant Letter emailed on 4:56 pm, 2nd of July 09 885, Onshore, CSL, HR Country, Iran Lodged: 18.08.2008 CO: 21.04.2009 (Requested new PCC) Granted: 02.07.2009 I just realised the case officer name on the grant letter, is not th original case officer who contacted me before.
