Hello
My name is Viktoria .I am 26 years old from Israel. I want to appl
soon for prospective visa(300). One year ago i have been in Australi
,and i got no further stay on my tourist visa .Can it make som
problems when i will apply for prospective visa?And why they put n
further stay?

Hi Viktoria,

The previous condition 8503 (no further stay" on your visa prevented
you from applying for another visa in Australia. It is mandatory to
place that condition on some visas, or where the case officer is
concerned that you are going to Australia for a purpose other than the
stated purpose.

It will NOT affect your application for a prospective spouse visa.
