I am prabhu...a mech engr having 4yrs exp... I hav prepared every thin
for CDR except CE. But today i'll be preparing it. My IELTS validit
ends on Aug 11th 2009. Please let me knw that if i file the applicatio
on monday[3rd aug 2009], is it possible for them to access

Provide notary certified of IELT certificate with the application
