Hi..

Someone requesting my brother to sign a bail application for a refuge. If
he does it, will there be any problem for him (to my brother) in future ?
He was given understanding that it is only a formal procedure and there is
no problem at all.

If the person does not comply with the conditions of his release, your
brother will lose the money he put up and if it is a conditional bond, CIC
will come after him for the money.
