can a spousal sponsored immigrant land in Montreal when the spouse lives in
Ottawa?

Do I need proof of funds?

Anything else Ineed to know?

1.  Yes you can land in Montreal,but you will need proof of onward transport
to Ottawa.
2.  No proof of funds.

Thanks PMM,

My spouse will be driving to Montreal from Ottawa to pick me up. How could I
proof to the officer that I will be going to Ottawa in this case.

I am trying to land at Montreal since it is about $400 cheaper airfare to
Montreal compared to Ottawa.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just tell them your spouse is outside waiting to drive you to Ottawa.
