i am a canadian permanent resident since September 2005.
i live in windsor, ontario.
i don't have any civil or criminal records anywhere.
i was never married and i don't have kids.
i am currently unemployed.
i don't have any personal or immigration loans.
i never declared bankruptcy.
i am single guy living on my own.
i am getting married in February 2006.
my spouse lives in detroit, USA. she was never married and she don't
have any kids either.
i still have a 5 digit bank balance in my checking account
questions;
1) am I eligible to bring my wife to canada?
2) how long it takes to for my spouse to become canada permanent
resident
3) i belive i have to apply at CPC, mississauga,ontario.....right...?
4) can i hire a lawyer for my spouse sponsorship..? does it have any
positive impact on my spouse application to get canada immigrant.
can anyone please suggest me...

From what you say, yes, you should be able to sponsor your spouse. Check
out the CIC's website at www.cic.gc.ca for details. Look under forms and
applications/
