Hello:

I live in Toronto and am planning to land in Canada from Niagra Falls .
2 questions:

1) Do I need to have proof of funds?

2) Where should I go? Niagra Falls? Should I go to Canadian Immigration
or US consulate?
Can someone shed a light to me?

Thanks
Chris

1.  As skilled worker applicant, you will need proof of funds unless you
have HRSDC approved work permit.
2.  Once you have your COPR, then you go to Immigration on the US side, then
return to Canada Immigration for landing.
