You can seek help from your local MP office (in Canada). They (the MPs
office) are very helpful in this kind of situation (adoption cases).
But, I'm not sure how they would help you in the case when it needs to
make sure that the health of the child is ok.
Also, you may post your concerns in the Canadian adoption group (Yahoo:
canadians-adopting@yahoogroups.com) to find any other possible
solutions of the problem. Any member in the group might have gone
through similar problems and they may share their experiences/ideas
with you.

What I'm finding when I talk to people about this issue is the Canadia
medical team, although well intentioned is out of touch with reality
In my situation, they could let us do other tests on my son to prove T
is not present if they are unsure, rather then expect my wife to wait i
India another 3 months to perform another chest X-ray
