I have to come back after landing. Do I need a new visa or I can get
back with a valid I-94?
Thanks.
Assuming your question is "Can I return to the US after making the
landing using I-94"
I believe you can. In fact that is what I plan to do myself. My H1B
visa stamp is expired. You can return to the US with a valid I-94 from
Canada, provided you return within 30 days and do not apply for a new
Visa while in the US. Make sure you do not return the I-94 when you
leave the US. Also it is advisable to take a letter from your employer
saying that you are still employed with them and also pay stubs for a
couple of months immediately prior to your landing. Those things are
just in case if you are challenged by the officials. ( I aslo read
someone advising you to make a small purchase using your credit card in
the US, immediately before you leave so you can prove the that you have
not been away for more than 30 days. I don't know how valid that advise
is, but thought I would share that with you, just in case)
Hope this helps.

Small mistake in my post.
"You can return to the US with a valid I-94 from Canada, provided you
return within 30 days and do not apply for a new Visa while in Canada."

I've done it. As long as you return in less than 30 days and keep your
I-94 and you are not from certain countries( there is a list available )
you can. Make sure you are not national of a country from the list..

Hi ,
Could you tell me what is the list of those countries?
I appreciate your early reply.
