Hi,

My wife PR is rejected for not declaring her before landing, now I am
applying visit visa for her. How much are the chances? she also have
sponsership letter from her sister who is canadian resident. Some one
was telling me that by Canadian law if wife is seperated for more than
6 months it is considered as seperated for all. So can I show my
re-marriage in the application to make my case stonger?

It is extremely unlikely that your wife's application for a visitor visa
would be accepted.  You had better take some other steps to look after her
and her situation.  You need professional advice and assistance.
