Read here:

Take a look at each class and see if you qualified (or can be
made qualified), then follow the instructions.
Keep in mind that "ASAP" may take years.
The US GC, other than allow you to apply from US and allow you
to visit Canada while waiting for the process, AFAIK will not
change anything about the process.

Money talks and if you have the money or the skills and education
Provincial Nominee Program applicants take an average of NINE months
through Buffalo Regional Processing Centre aka Detroit, Seattle, Los
Angeles and Buffalo.
There are ways to buy a Business or deposit funds based on your net
worth or employment based solutions.
How are U qualified?
Hope you pick the right one but Long Term Visitor is also a solution so
come on up. As long as you have Visitor Medical Insurance to get you
back across the border in case of a serious illness no one really cares.
Most Canbadina Immigration officer have an older relative living in
Arizona or Florida most of the year.
Read, read and read some more.
Regardless of which PNP Program you select the Canadian Charter of
Rights and Freedoms prevents provinces from forcing you to live where
you do not want to.
Hope you make the right decision.

Hello Eaai,
I immigrated from the US to Canada a few years ago and will soon be a
citizen of Canada (dual citizen).
I agree with the advice you've been given here so far. The CIC website
is your best place to start because you can find forms and guides to
whichever class you qualify for to immigrate to Canada.
You may also find some help and great resources through the book I
wrote. I put this together because I had spent years researching how to
immigrate myself and felt others may benefit from the information.
Which province are you interested in moving to? How many people in
your family?
This is a good group to ask questions on this topic as there are many
nice people here who are ready and willing to help.
I wish you the best. I love living in Canada :)
