Hello

Could anyone tell me if I can lodge an Outside of Canada Applicatio
(PR -Spousal Sponsorship) if I am on a visitors visa in Canada? I
Aussie, husband is Canadian.

Yes you can, assuming you file it based on your Australian
citizenship (so it will be processed to Australia). Make sure it
does not get to be sent to Buffalo!

But keep in mind that it will not help you stay longer in
Canada. You may have to leave Canada before the application is
finalized. Also if somehow the visa office require interview, it
will be done in Australia.
