Hi,

My wife currently has a vistors visa, while her permanent residence
paper work is somewhere in Alberta waiting to be processed.  So now we
sit and wait.  Meanwhile she's wanting to know if it's possible for her
to study over the internet/mail somehow to get some missing high-school
credits.

Question 1: Is this in violation of OUR (Canada's) immigration laws if
she's taking a course by mail/internet in ANOTHER COUNTRY (e.g. - USA)?

Question 2: If NOT - then does anyone have any suggestions on where she
could study - or related experiences getting those last couple credits?

Take Care!

IMHO should be Ok, since even for working (that considered worse
than studying) it will be definitely Ok for her if she work
remotely to an employer outside Canada.
