No, but you would get 5 points for relationship in a skilled worker
application.

No Uncles can not sponosr you get 5 additional points for having an
Uncle though.

NO, unless:

- you are under 18 and an orphan and not in conjugal
relationship,
or
- your uncle have NO spouse, dependent children, children to be
adopted, parents, grandparents, and brothers / sisters /
nephews / nieces / grandchildren who are orphans and under the
age of 18 and not in conjugal relationship, who he can sponsor
or already in Canada, and he have no aunt or uncle either.
