Good Day,

I have this problem of mine regarding my PR application. My firs
marriaged is already annuled then In my application I did not includ
my son from my first wife as my dependent. The reason why i did no
include him is because her mother does'nt want to.

My question is, If ever i got my permanent residencee and landed t
canada already, will there be a problem will occur? most specially i
my first wife will also apply for a PR application to canada too?

Hoping for reply and help from you! Thanks!

As you in fact already break immigration law, IMHO the most recommended
way to find a good and competent professional assistance. But generally
I think you will need to reveal the fact about your child to the visa
office, the issue is how you should reveal it.

Keep in mind that unless the other parent of the child have full 100%
custody, you will require to have your child go through medical,
security, and background check, regardless whether the child come with
you or not. On the other hand, if you can get away without your child
go through medical, security, and background check for whatever reason,
if in the future you want to sponsor your child for whatever reason
(say the other parent and all the child's other family died), your
application will be refused.
