and kids are here in Canada. I am currently living here with them.I
know I need to get my Immigration process in motion. My question is if I
get my immigration process moving can i legally work in Canada? I have
no way to get back to the states, and i have no where to go there.what
are the processing times? any help is greatly appreciated.
> I am looking to get working in Canada.
In almost all cases, the only way for a non Canadian nor PR to work in
Canada is to get an employer willing to sponsor them work permit.
> I am a us citizen but my wife and kids are here in Canada.
What's their status in Canada?
> I am currently living here with them.
How long?
The fact that you actually live in Canada may means you already break
your legal status as visitor. You may already "illegal alien" in
Canada.
> My question is if I get my immigration process moving can i legally work in Canada?
I can safely say, no. See above.
> what are the processing times?
Depend on the immigration category you choose and eligible, from few
