Is it possible to travel (for tourism) to certain countries without a
visa for a Canadian PR holder? Does anybody know which countries and
what restrictions apply? I am interested in particular in Switzerland
and neighbouring European countries -- maybe also UK and Australia.

I think that depends on your citizenship. As a Canadian PR I doubt that
you can get the Visa exemptions granted to a Canadian citizen. You
however get whatever exemptions granted to your own citizenship.

You can get into Mexico and Switzerland without visas, as an Indian citizen (and Canadian PR)
