Well I am back again  and am fully prepared to include my wife along
with my application, so that she can go to canada with me.I filled all
the forms once again and am ready to send the difference along with
IMM0008 from my wife and IMM 5406 from my side.I have  also including a

personal letter stating the circumstances, marriage certificate and
additional fee. We have already sent FBI for her fingerprint clearance.

Is that all I need to send them for including my wife in my
application.

I have a letter from visa office writing that "use form on back of this

letter for any change in status or personal information" Do I need to
complete this forms as well??

One more thing, in your reply at different time, you have written about

guide lines for adding my wife in my application...One is similar to
what I have written above,but other  reply is different which is given
below...

What does this mean? Is she require to fill all the forms like
principle applicant for being added in my application as wife who will
accompany me to Canada.

Just make me clear so that I don't make mistakes.You have been very
informative for me.
