I'm a Canadian Citizen working in US for the last 8 years under H1B. I
married my wife (Colombian Citizen, now has H4) 6 years ago and we have
2 US born kids.
We are planning to move back to Canada and would like to know what kind
of applications we need to file to get my family into Canada.
The mind concern is that we do not want to get separated during any
immigration filing process.
Thank you in advanced.

As a Canadian citizen living outside Canada with the intention to return
when you wife gets her visa you can sponsor your wife and apply to the
nearest Canadian consultate in the US to have your children registered as
Canadian citizens born abroad. You can remain in the US until the visa is
issued for your wife and the papers are issued for the children and no/no
separation.

There's nothing to be worried about. Children of Canadian citizens are
also Canadian citizens regardless of their birthplace. Just contact
your nearest Canadian embassy/consulate and they should be able to tell
you how to get Canadian passport for your kids.
As for your wife, sponsor her as spouse and she should be getting her
immigration paper within 2-6 months. Then you all can move back to
canada. Hope that helps. You can also visit cic website for more
detailed info and for all the forms.
