Hi,
When filling out the Application form "MM 0008SW", "Applying as a
Federal Skilled Worker" Section 27 of this document asks for
information on family members. My Questions on this are as follows
1. Do I have to include information regarding my Parents into this
section. They are not applying for PR with me?
2. Do I have to include information regarding my Brothers and Sisters
in this section. They are also not applying for PR with me?

In the IMM0008 itself you do not include your parents or siblings. There is
another form - IMM5406 where they are entered.

Hello,

when I filed my application I didn't fill IMM0008 form. Later, CIC
asked me to send filled IMM5406 form.
