Hi there,

Finally ready to get medical and send in PR application for Spousal
within Canada,  Still waiting for Visitor Status Extension as
Vegreville is backlogged. Present Visitor Extension therefore
technically expired a few weeks ago though I of course have tacit
consent while awaiting reply.

Question: I want to send in my PR application now, will a photocopy of
this Visitor Extension with a brief note explaining that I am waiting
be acceptable for the PR application process as the checklist requires
photocopy of current Visitor Visa etc?

Many thanks, Ramsay.

Your application is going to the same office so, yes, just mention that you
sent in your application for status extension on such and such a date.

That's a relief.  Thank you very much Jim.
