Hello there,

My fiancee was refused entry into Canada in November last year for not
being entirely truthful about what she was going to do in Canada. Her
intentions however were not to stay or work in Canada illegally.

I need to know whether her actions have been recorded as
misrepresentation which would make her inadmissable. For this I need
to get hold of her immigation record, if such an entry has been made.

Could you please advise me how I can get access to her immigration
record?

Thank you for your time and help.

Regards,
Christoph

Undoubtedly your fiancee has a record now in the CIC's computer system.  You
could get a copy if you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and
have her written authorization.  Check out the CIC's website for
information.
