Hi!

Being a citizen of Nepal, I need to apply at the Canadian Embassy in
New Delhi.  According to the times posted, the normal delay in
processing applications for permanent residency at this center is over
5 years!  I can apply under the skilled worker or entrepreneur
category.  Which should I choose to reduce the waiting time and
increase my chances?  Is there another way to speed up the permanent
residency?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Deepster

Start at www.cic.gc.ca
In theory the entrepreneur category should be faster but that is not alsways
the case.  Expect a process of several years in either situation.
