My wife immigration case was started in March in Pakistan.
Unfortunately her Medical was expired is going to be expired this
month and there is no response from embassy. I have 2 question.
1 - Will she be given a visa right now and let her take the medical
exam in Canada?
if not then ...
2 - I am a Canadian citizen and if my child is born in Pakistan will
he be Canadian citizen as well? Do I have to apply for Canadian
Passport for him?
Do you have any suggestion regarding fast tracking my wife case?

No - a new medical will be required.

Yes the child will be a Canadian citizen. A Canadian passport would be
required to get the child on transport to Canada.

So when do my wife get another Medical form and how long she has to
wait for that one?
Also can my mother and Father in law can come with my wife since I
have no one to take care of her here in Canada.
Thank you for the answer.

It seems that your wife is pregnant and expecting the child soon. Fill in
the details and an answer will be easier to give.

Here's the details ...
MAR 2007 Case was started in Islamabad
JUL 2007 Medical is expiring at the end of JUL as I told her to do
her medical in advance, therefore she did her medical last year.
SEP 2007 Expecting delivery of new born before mid of SEP.
Looking at this situation I guess there is no way she is gonna get the
visa in AUG 2007 without medical examination and the delivery of new
born will be in Pakistan. Once the baby is delivered I think she need
to redo the medical and then she will be able to come to Canada.
Is it possible that she can come here on temp visa and do the medical
exam here as well as deliver the baby here, so I don't have to leave
my Job?
Also I was wondering that is it possible for her parents to come with
her so they can take care of my wife and baby?
Regards.

I believe you will have to wait until after the baby is born now and then
both your spouse and new child will have to take the medical. You will have
to add the child to your sponsorship and pay an extra fee while your wife
will similarly have to add the child to her PR application. The visa office
will require a birth certificate and passport for the child also.

In your first answer you mentioned that a child born to Canadian
citizen does not require sponsorship. The child can travel with me on
his passport.
So why do I need to sponsor him and pay extra money for that?

Sorry - I lost track of that detail. There will still be the delay of
obtaining a passport for the child and of your wife undergoing another
medical. I would expect at least 4 months or more.

Thank you very much.
If I have complaint regarding local people who work in embassy not
Canadians for example people who answer your phone calls or emails
then who can I forward my formal complaint to?
