Hi all, My immigration attorney had forwarded my IA and requests for further documentation to me today. One thing I noticed is that the letter from the consulate is dated June 12, today is July 30th. Is there anyway that I can request an extension for the submission of certain documents? For example, the letter of good conduct from the police will take up to 40 days. I don't think that I'll be getting that by the end of August. My 90 days submission deadline is Sept. 9th. Any advice or input will be much appreciated. Many thanks. Krivia1803 Get that request in for the police certificate first as a matter of priority, then see about applying for extensions stating the gap between the notification & your receipt of the notification as reason for the request second. While waiting for the latter the former is at least being processed & may with luck turn up in time. You should be able to apply the extension request via your lawyers.
