Hi there
My hausband is going to sponsor me for permanent residency, right now I am
pregnant and woking under a WP, the thing is that years ago I was detained
and charged with common assault to my common law at the time, but the charges
where dropped, so they told me my file is clean.
My question is Do I hve to even mention it? or I dont have to since the
charges were droped ? and will this affect my application?

oh you must mention it. trying to hide it is going to cause nothing but
more problems later on.
