Hello experts,
I'm applicant for PR under federal skilled worker class in
Buffalo, I received and did my medical examination and waived from
interview, how long time it will take until they finalize my file? and
what is the next step?
Thanks

The most frequently asked question in any news group about immigration
unfortunately has now specific answer. It would take at lease a couple of
months and perhaps much longer - all depending on specific circumstances for
each case. The next step would be to receive a request for your passport(s)
for visa issuance if the medical is OK.

Once VISA is issued, how long is it valid.
That is, how long can you stay in your native country before landing
in Canadian soil after a VISA is issued ?
