By the way, I posted another thread. Something idiotic I really done when
applying for Permanent Residency in Canada. You'll definitely laugh. It's
title "Unsigned Residency Application".

Is it possible I could file a study permit at a Canadian Consulate of my
choice?
My local Canadian consulates are in Buffalo and New York City, but I really
do not want to deal with either one of these consulates because both offices
are always busy. I was looking to file either at the Detroit or Seattle
consulates. Would this be possible given my geographic location?
